It can be used as binder, industrial cleaning agent, preservative, quick drying agent and strengthening agent in soap making, acid resistant cement, fine ceramic industry and precision casting industry. The instant powdered sodium silicate product also has all the properties and applications of liquid foam alkali. The molecular formula of instant powdered effervescent alkali is Na2O · nsio2 · nH2O, and the formula weight is generally 280-350. The process is processed by chemical processing, filtration, mold adjustment, spray drying and so on.
